Virginia “Jenny” Fredrick- Biggs, 74, of Vincennes, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and quiet strength that touched the lives of all who knew her. She was born on April 16, 1952, in St. Francisville, Illinois, to the late James Edward and Margaret Justine Burns.
