2026 Consumer Protection Fund

Payments suspended for 2026

The State Board of Funeral and Cemetery Service has reviewed the balance of the Preneed Consumer Protection Fund and the Consumer Protection Fund for Cemetery Maintenance and determined that payment will NOT be required March 1, 2026. You must still submit your reports!
