2024 ICCFA Music and Webcasting licensing is now available!

2024 ICCFA Music and Webcasting licensing is now available! Open to any company in the cemetery and funeral service industry in the U.S., the ICCFA is offering 2024 music licensing with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC at the discount rate of $334 per physical address and webcasting licenses for $60 per URL/website address. There are no additional fees or membership requirements. These rates will increase February 1, so don’t wait – purchase your licensing today and save!

Our music license allows a business to play any live or recorded music at that location for any service. Any U.S. funeral home, cemetery, crematory, or related funeral service business that plays live or recorded copyrighted music is required to have an up-to-date music license. Our webcasting license allows a business to stream a service worldwide – including the copyrighted music played during the service, on the company’s website without violating copyright laws. You must have a music license before you purchase a webcasting license. 

NEW for 2024, the ICCFA has added a GMR (Global Music Rights) license as an additional license that is available to purchase. GMR is a rapidly growing music licensing organization that serves as a platform for many budding artists and legacy performers. Almost all GMR artists are part of the Billboard Hot 100, so if you want to play newer music, you will want to consider purchasing a GMR license. To reduce your risk of copyright infringement and maximize your range in music artists, we encourage you to purchase a GMR license alongside a license the ICCFA has with ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC.
