Charles S. Banks Jr. “Chuck” passed away Saturday May 4, 2024, in the hospital surrounded by family and friends. Chuck was born April 13, 1961, to Charles Sr. and Gloria Hoff Banks in Mishawaka, Indiana.

He had been a licensed funeral director for over 40 years, working at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarksville, Indiana where he was the Managing Director/Owner.
